This website http://bachpanmanao.org/ (“Website”) has been developed and is being maintained by EkStep Foundation (“EkStep”). This Website provides information on the Bachpan Manao, Badhte Jao societal mission (“BMBJ”). BMBJ, is a growing network of individuals and organisations that care about and the growth and development of every child in the foundational stage. EkStep is incubating this initiative. Ekstep is a not for profit organisation on a mission to enhance access to learning opportunities for millions of children in India. The Website is an invitation to learn about BMBJ, to join the mission, to contribute content, ideas and share public goods relevant to the cause of growth and development of children in the early years and foundational stage.  (“Purpose”).EkStep is a Section 8 company registered under the Indian Companies Act 2013, having its office at No. 85, 7th Cross, Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore 560034.By using the Website, you have accepted and agree to be governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as may be amended from time to time. The terms ‘you’, ‘your’ refer to anyone who accesses, views or uses the Website. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to EkStep.Set out below are the Terms of Use of this Website:

   1. Content means and includes content, expressed as text, documents, presentations, scripts, graphics, images, illustrations, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations or other such mediums of expression and other materials you may view on and access through the Website.
   2. Use / Usage / Using means and refers to accessing, viewing, using or offering other Users to view, access and use Content on the Website.
   3. User means and refers to all the users of the Website, who can access, view, use the Website and the Content, including but not limited to Users listed as authors/owners of Content.

By using the Website and/or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Website in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Website as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy.
4. CONTENT POLICY
   1. The Website includes a range of creative assets created by EkStep and a  Content repository by an invested network of Users, accessible at the “Playground” and the “Wall of Wonder”, that has been created with the purpose to enable a space to explore public goods by Users, trigger imagination, connect the dots and open up conversations.
   2. When you use the Website, you join a community of Users using the Website which involves a certain level of trust. Users are expected to respect that trust and be responsible about their usage of the Website, its Content and follow all relevant terms, policies and guidelines applicable to Content, including this Content Policy.
   3. Use of Content: If you Use any (i) creative assets created by EkStep for BMBJ, including the film, song & logo marks, or (ii) Content from the repository accessible at the “Playground” and the “Wall of Wonder”, available on the Website, you are expected to use them responsibly and in connection with activities related to BMBJ, giving appropriate credit to the relevant authors/creators/owners and in accordance with guidelines prescribed therein or shared from time to time.
   4. Submitting Content: If you submit Content for the Website, you confirm that:
      1. You recognise and accept that your Content can be accessed and Used by other Users;
      2. You acknowledge that BMBJ will benefit from the creation of open public goods that can be leveraged by other Users. Therefore, you will strive where possible and appropriate to publish any Content created in connection with the BMBJ on the Website or other platforms in the public domain under open license frameworks.
      3. You will ensure that proper and correct author details, attributions, acknowledgments and sourcing references have been given to the Content submitted by you.
      4. The Content submitted does not infringe on any third party rights, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks.
      5. For any legal matter arising out of infringement of such rights by you, you shall be solely responsible for any financial or other damages arising out of such violations and disputes.
   5. EkStep reserves the right to not publish on or remove from the Website any Content provided by a User.

   1. Unless otherwise specified, Content appearing on or accessible through this Website are owned or controlled by EkStep and are protected by worldwide design, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   2. Content available on the “Playground” and “Wall of Wonder” sections of the Website may be authored/owned by specific Users, and not EkStep. Users must adhere to the license conditions mentioned therein.
   3. You may not modify, obscure or delete any copyright or other proprietary notices on this Website.
   4. No right, title or interest in any materials or software, if applicable, on this Website is transferred to you from your use of this Website.
