Lagori, or “Seven Stones,” is a traditional Indian outdoor game played by two teams using a soft ball and a pile of seven flat stones. One team attempts to knock down the stacked stones with the ball, while the other team tries to rebuild the pile and avoid being hit by the ball.

You may begin by marking a circular play area (around 10–15 feet diameter). Then stack the seven stones in the center.

Divide children into two teams — one defends the pile while the other tries to knock it down and rebuild. Team A tries to hit the stack with the ball from a set distance.

Once it falls, Team A tries to rebuild it while Team B aims to tag them out using the ball. If Team A successfully rebuilds the pile, they win the round; if all players are tagged, Team B wins.
